Revisionist Corwynt

When Vangetorix led his people to exile from Aenoria after the Ellysians had been driven out he formed not only his own nation, Hrodland, but a religion splintered from Corwynt. Named Revisionist Corwynt (Separatist Corwynt by many Cerns to this day), is it largely based on the teachings of upholding the six Virtues but with small differences. In this newer faith a honourable lineage not only increases in stature over time but in the end reaches the status of a demi-god. Hence Revisionist Corwynt includes saints – men of extraordinary valour who sit by the side of the gods and influence the present day through prophets and preachers.

The temples of Revisionist Corwynt have absolute rule in Hrodland, a nation known for it’s piety. The king acts only as a figurehead, taking his orders straight from the clergy. While the faith is largely centered on Hrodland it has spread to near lands in some degrees as monetary donations to the temple seems to quicken the path to sainthood.
